It’s YOU… & it’s beautifully complicated.

All the parts of who you are make up the divinely complex whole of being a Black Woman. When any part of this complicated formula is hurt, underdeveloped, or just outright tired, the ENTIRE self is negatively impacted. WE are responsible for creating & sustaining spaces to meet our unique holistic needs. At the heart of these spaces is self-care—not as it has been defined for us, but as we define it for ourselves, through our own lived experiences and wisdom. No one carries what Black Women have carried—past and present. But our self-care can no longer be an afterthought if our community is to heal.

Your wildest dreams are waiting for you. The village of women you’ve needed to make those dreams reality is here.  Despite what we’ve been made to believe, our strength lies in our DIFFERENCES. As we return to the necessary practice of honoring those differences, we will remember the collective power being a Black Woman blesses us with.

Each of us, in our own way, tend to put others first. However, in doing so, we oftentimes neglect our relationship with ourselves...with each other. In this space we will remember our ancestors & the true & abiding essence of love.

So what do you need? A mentor? A shoulder? An accountability partner? A platform? Resources? Not sure? It’s ok.

Take a look around and see if this is the space you’ve been waiting for. I’ll be here, waiting for you in the hallway. Just because you are, I love you.

Re-defining the Village

Love. Marriage. Children. Work. Hobbies. Dating. Parenting. Rest. Barbecues. Black while…LIVING? Every piece of life—big and small—matters to the village.

We’ve inherited outdated systems—structures we did not design, yet still follow. But we have the power to rewrite them. Since the MAAFA, we have been rebuilding, but now it’s time to define the Village on our own terms. What does it truly mean to build community that sustains us?

If many hands make light work, what kinds of hands are needed in the Village today? How do we ensure that every hand finds its place? What did past generations get right, and where did they fall short? How will we prepare the world for the next generation? What legacies are we building? What role are we each playing in the Village? Are we not more than conquerors? Let’s talk about it.

BOSS UP: Making Black Dollars Make Sense

One space. Many hands. Lighter work. Stronger futures.

Black dollars should work for Black people—not just pass through our hands. Our spending power is massive, yet too often, it doesn’t return to us in ways that build long-term wealth. It’s time to change that.

This initiative is not the final destination—it’s a jumpstart. A launchpad. A collaborative foundation designed to help Black entrepreneurs, creatives, and community members take their ideas further, faster.

Rather than trying to do it all at once, we are laying the groundwork for a 360° Black marketplace, where:

  • Black businesses and creatives gain visibility, support, and sales.

  • Financial literacy and cooperative economics are at the center of our growth.

  • Circulating the Black dollar isn’t just a goal—it’s a built-in function of how we operate.

Building the Village, One Step at a Time

We’re not here to be the final authority on Black economic empowerment. Instead, we are creating a starting point—a space for others to build, innovate, and carry the vision further. Some of the areas we’re focusing on include:

Consignment agreements – Helping Black entrepreneurs launch with lower upfront costs.
Flexible payment options – Making it easier for community members to access what they need.
Investment & resource-sharing opportunities – Strengthening cooperative wealth-building.
Financial education & accountability partnerships – Breaking cycles of financial hardship.
Business exposure & networking – Connecting those who build with those who buy.

This is just the beginning. The goal is not to own the movement but to ignite it.
