So, funny story. I launched this blog with the best intentions—visions of insightful posts, deep reflections, and valuable resources flowing freely from my keyboard. And yet, here we are. It’s 2025, and the last post? January 2023. Oof.
But if you’ve ever been personally victimized by ADHD, analysis paralysis, imposter syndrome, or just life life-ing at full speed, you already know how it happens. One skipped post turns into a few, then a year, then suddenly, it’s giving ‘ghosted my own blog’ energy.
The good news? We’re not dwelling on the past. We’re recommitting to the future. I have too much purpose, passion, and—let’s be real—random but valuable knowledge to keep it all locked in my head. So, consider this my official reintroduction (cue dramatic movie montage of me furiously typing).
👀What’s Coming?
Moving forward, this blog will focus on things that truly matter to me and, hopefully, to you:
Trauma-Informed Education – Because learning and healing go hand in hand. Supporting mental health and self-awareness through education is key.
Community Empowerment – We can’t do this alone, and we shouldn’t have to. Promoting civic engagement and cooperative economics is essential.
Holistic Well-Being – Mind, body, spirit… all of it deserves attention. Expect insights on self-care, mindfulness, and financial literacy.
Self-Awareness – A deep dive into knowing and understanding you. Exploring personal growth, productivity tips, and overcoming imposter syndrome.
Financial Literacy – Understanding money so it works for you, not against you. Budgeting, saving, and wealth-building strategies will be highlighted.
Entrepreneurial Skill-Building – Because creating opportunities is just as important as finding them. Learn about starting a business, managing finances, and economic empowerment.
Civic Engagement – Knowing your rights, responsibilities, and the power you hold. How to advocate for change and participate in your community.
STEAM-Focused Creativity – Science, Tech, Engineering, Arts, and Math in ways that inspire innovation. Encouraging Black girls in STEAM fields and creative problem-solving.
Cooperative Economics – Because wealth-building isn’t just about the individual—it’s about the community, too. How group economics can build stronger communities.
I’ll be sharing insights, resources, and stories that (fingers crossed) spark something in you—whether it’s a new perspective, a sense of community, or just a good laugh at my expense.
